CME Project Train the Trainers

EDC Office - Newton, MA Take a comprehensive look at the CME Project mathematics curriculum for grades 8–12 and associated professional development with the authors and experienced teachers. This intensive three-day workshop focuses on major mathematical themes, connections, and big ideas of CME Project. Unpack central pedagogical approaches and how the materials support those approaches as you identify strategies for effective professional development around the curriculum and join a growing national network for CME Project trainers.
Train the Trainers will prepare you to develop and lead effective professional development for teachers who are implementing CME Project. It is intended for mathematics teachers, coaches, curriculum leaders, and administrators who have professional development experience and responsibilities for professional development in their school or district.
