CME Project Developer
Bowen Kerins was a curriculum designer on the CME Project. Prior to joining EDC, Bowen was a high school mathematics teacher for four years, teaching all grades and all levels including low-level Algebra 1 and AP Calculus. Bowen has taught and designed the curriculum for the Park City Mathematics Institute's program for high school teachers since 2001, and was a core advisor on WGBH's Learning Math web site and video series, intended to help teachers learn more mathematical content. Bowen has a BS in mathematics from Stanford University and an MAT in mathematics education from Boston University. Bowen is also a champion pinball player and once won $1,000 for knowing the number of degrees in a right angle.
